Warranty
Every effort is made to provide our customers with products in good condition.
Most items come with a full 30-day (1 month) warranty for any defective products if accompanied with the receipt. If we're unable to provide a warranty, such as items with a speaker, we will demonstrate that it is in good working order prior to purchase.
Any damage or alteration to a product after it leaves the store will not be covered under our warranty.
Returns
In the event that we've sold you an item that is not working properly, please return with the receipt during the warranty period. We can either offer an exchange for another product (if agreeable to customer) or full refund in same format as original payment.
If no receipt available, we can offer an exchange for another similar item or store credit(at discretion of store management).
